Not only do we sell rvs, we also service what we sell at our large service facility and from our mobile service vehicles. Severson RV Center was formerly known as Pearl Lake Trailer Sales, and has kept much of the previous management, sales and service staff intact. 

Obviously, many units become seasonal homes in either Pearl Lake’s RV Park or Park Home Neighborhood (adjacent to our facility), but an equal number are purchased by customers for over the road travel excursions or for use in other seasonal campgrounds.

New units are available from our well-known, quality-oriented manufacturers including Crossroads and Canterbury. These manufacturers offer a variety of models, floor plans and appointments that will meet the needs and tastes of any prospective owner. We have chosen these product lines for just that reason. What one manufacturer may not offer in their line, can be found in that of another. Additionally, we have chosen these manufacturers based on their attention to quality, detail, and dependability, as well as their ability to deliver on special order units in a timely manner.

We also maintain an inventory of pre-owned units.  Many of these were originally sold to Pearl Lake RV Resort campground residents and have been serviced and maintained by Severson RV Center. All used units are inspected by our professional service staff and any necessary repairs are completed prior to resale. Some destination trailers and park homes are available on-site, in Pearl Lake's campground or park home neighborhood.

In recent years, many manufacturers have developed a line of “destination trailers”. These units offer the “over-the–road mobility” convenience of a travel trailer but with the added space, the amenities and the feel of “permanence” of a vacation home. Destination trailers fill the gap between that of a conventional travel trailer and the more long-term/stay-in-place commitment of a park home. Severson RV Center has found that the interest in these types of units to be growing quickly and lead to us specializing in them.

For those looking for even more space and permanency, especially retirees or families requiring a bit more living space, park homes offer a true home away from home. Besides the expanded living space, a more spacious kitchen and larger sleeping quarters, they also offer the possibility of further expansion with the addition of expansive decks and “Florida” rooms. Park homes with these additions take on more of a feel of a second home as opposed to the “weekend cabin” feel of a travel or destination trailer. These types of homes are particularly popular with “snowbirding” residents/retirees or with those looking to that lifestyle in the future.

Plus, Severson RV Center now offers custom park homes designed and built in-house by our experienced craftsmen.  These units allow us to offer floorplans, features and fixtures produced to each customer's specific need and taste.  Each park home is produced from the frame up at our facility using the finest materials available and constructed by true craftsmen.

Severson RV Center also maintains its own service department, staffed by factory trained technicians. Besides providing prompt and dependable service for plumbing, electrical, hvac and other common problems, the SRVC staff can also help with upgrades to units and can also offer construction expertise for the design and building of decks, sheds and add-on rooms.  Our service department can provide the assistance you need, either at our facility or on-site from one of our mobile service vehicles.
